How do I correctly write PO box address in Chinese?
Starting February 2, 2017, PO box address was changed to the post office name :
1. For example, Taipei Beimen Post Office No. ○○ PO box, Taichung Minquan Road Post Office No. ○○ PO box, and the Tainan Chenggung Road Post Office No. ○○ PO box, etc.
2. The last two digits of zip code for (rented) PO boxes are 99. For example, Taipei Beimen Post Office PO box No. 10099, Taichung Minquan Road Post Office PO box No. 40099, and Tainan Chenggung Road Post Office PO box No. 70499.

How do I print 3+2 digits zip code?
To print 3+2 digits zip code, you should use the optical disc provided by the post office, in which you key in the new 3+2 zip code and address code on the letter address file. You should also have the letter organization and standard address printing software, which will be ready to print after passing office personnel testing.

Where should I correctly glue the postage stamp and write the zip code?
For Chinese-style envelope, the stamp is attached to the upper left corner, and the zip code is written in blue or black in Arabic numerals in the red boxes on the upper right corner. For Western-style envelope, the stamp is attached to the upper right corner, the recipient address, name and zip code number book should be written on the center right area, and the zip code should be written on the first line above the address. Seal the envelope tightly with glue or paste. Do not seal with a staple or adhesive tape.

How do I translate a Taiwanese address for a letter sent abroad?
How would the post office handle international mail with incomplete cover information such as name and address?
The letter will be returned to sender for writing complete information to facilitate delivery abroad.
Will the mail be lost in destination country if I'm not sure I have written complete information on the envelope?
Undeliverable letters will be returned to sender, but undeliverable printed matter will be subject to the destination country's own SOP – very likely it will not be returned.
