1. Starting from 1 January 2021, senders must submit electronic customs information (ITMATT) when sending mail containing goods (including air registered packets, ePackets, Parcel and EMS) to 42 designated destinations. Mail sent to EU countries and the United States is mandatory for ITMATT.
No ITMATT submission will result in delays or may be returned to the sender without refund.
2.Before posting, please use the EZPost online posting platform to declare the information of your mail, so that we can submit ITMATT to the destination country.
***How to use EZPost***
(1)Log on to ezpost.post.gov.tw
(2)Select「International」and select mail category ( EMS、Parcel、ePacket or Registered packet).
(3)Read and check the Instruction.
(4)Click on 「EN」button to switch the English version.
(5)Start to declare the information of your mail, including the details of your mail (content, weight, dimension, value...), sender and recipient information (name, full address, contact number...).
(6)Print the dispatch note and commercial invoice.
***If you do not have printer, you may capture the QRCODE with screenshot, and go to selected EZPost printer for printing.
(7)Then take the dispatch note、commercial invoice and your mail to the post office. The postal system will automatically transmit the ITMATT to the destination country once the mail posting procedure is completed.
