What is Device Authentication Service?

"Device Authentication Service" refers to the agreed mobile device and transaction password used as an enhanced identity authentication protection mechanism when conducting transactions on Post APP. Biometric or graphical authentication is also available when Quick Login is enabled.

Upon completion of device authentication service, you will be able to use the following services on Post APP:
Transactions: Non-designated transfer, Online payment, Cardless cash withdrawal, QR code payment / collection, Transaction authentication.
Card Function Settings: Enabling Non-designated account transfer / Smart pay / VISA online payment / VISA overseas transaction. Adjust VISA overseas withdrawal limit / VISA Debit limit.
Changing information: Changing Account information (Mailing address / mobile phone / email), cancellation of seal loss report of digital account, Mobile phone number transfer settings.
Life Insurance: Appointment / termination of premium payment in advance, Changing premium payment period, Combining contract payment date, Updating insured's contact information.
Ways to apply: How to authenticate a device after application? Note
1. The validity period of the device authentication password is 30 days for in-person application at the counter and 24 hours for counter-free application. In case of timeout, you will have to reapply.
2. If you have difficulty in counter-free applying, please contact our branch office with relevant documents.
