- Please do not share your card and keep your PIN secure.
- Always remember to get your card back from the card reader after transactions and change your PIN irregularly to prevent fraudulent use.
- Cardholders must clearly understand that Smart Pay transactions are deemed as cash transactions. Any consumer dispute arising from the sale of goods or provision of services between consumers and traders is not allowed to request refunds.
- If there is any doubt on the transactions, cardholders can visit the nearest post office for transaction review within 90 days from the date the payment deducted with relevant payment deduction details. Otherwise, the transaction amount is deemed to be correct.
- Cardholders shall comply with the Postal ATM Card Terms and Conditions, the Postal VISA Debit Card Terms and Conditions and all applicable regulations.
