Once the Cardless Cash Withdrawal Serial Number (8-digit numbers) is requested on our mobile application, push notification will be sent to the mobile number as the one-time serial number.
The Serial Number expires in 15 minutes. Once expired, you need to request it again. We are performing routine system maintenance from 1:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. every day. The Cardless Cash Withdrawal service will be suspended. Please avoid using this service during this period.
The Cardless Cash Withdrawal amount must be in multiples of NT$ 1,000 and shall not be greater than the current balance. The daily limit, NT$30,000, is counted towards the maximum withdrawal amount of NT$ 150,000 from the same account with a physical ATM card. The monthly limit for maximum withdrawal is NT$200,000.
The withdrawal amount initiated at ATM must be the same as that on our mobile application. If not, the transaction will be rejected.
When Postal customers initiate Cardless Cash Withdrawal at interbank enabled ATMs, the withdrawal limit is NT$ 20,000 per transaction. A $5 handling fee per transaction is applied. To withdraw an amount greater than NT$ 20,000 per transaction, please go to Postal ATMs for free charge.
