Voice system service
General service: No Voice system password requirement.
1. Inquiry for interest rate of time deposit and the rate on international remittances.
2. Report lost on passbook or ATM card or certificates of Deposit.
Special service: Need to a voice system password to the post office and input the voice system password.
1. Passbook deposit balance inquiry.
2. Inquiry for transaction history concerning unlisted passbook deposits the collection bill detail.
3. Inquiry for scheduled transfers.

5. Transferring service:
(1)Intra-office account transfers (between passbook deposits and giro savings accounts)
Transfer into self-account:
A. Transfer from passbook savings to into giro account itself
B. Transfer from giro account to into passbook savings itself
Transfers to other's account:
A.Transfer from passbook savings into other's passbook savings
B.Transfer from passbook savings into other's giro account
C.Transfer from giro account into other's passbook savings
D.Transfer from giro account into other's giro account
Scheduled transfers:
A. Pre-arranged transfer from passbook savings into other's passbook savings
B. Pre-arranged transfer from passbook savings into other's giro account
C. Pre-arranged transfer from passbook savings into giro account itself
Cancellation of pre-arranged account transfers.
(2) Inter-bank transfers (transfers to accounts at other financial institutions)
(3) Terminate voice account transfers.

24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Voice system service applying procedures Setting, changing, and cancelling voice system passwords
Account holders applying for voice system passwords must bring your national ID cards, savings passbooks, and original authorized seal to any post office (branch-unlimited accounts must go to a post office where you have an account) for assistance; one set for each password account setting.
Account holders who want to change a voice system password can change the voice system password by on-line voice system. However, depositors who have forgotten an existing voice system password must go to a post office (branch-unlimited accounts must go to a post office where you have an account) to reapply for a new voice system password.
Voice system transfer services

Transfers between post office accounts (limited to personal passbook savings and giro savings accounts):

Funds transfers between the principal's passbook and giro accounts must be arranged in advance.
Except when teachers account can apply to make transfers to their own accounts, the post office cannot accept account transfers between the principal's passbook savings accounts.
Prearranged transfers into post office accounts (passbook or giro accounts) or interbank transfers into bank accounts are each limited to 30 accounts.
In the case of applicants with passbook savings accounts, please bring your national ID card, savings passbook, and original authorized seal in person to any post office (branch-unlimited accounts must go to a post office where you have an account) to pre-arrange voice account transfers.
