These stamps were printed with same design as those released in 1989. Two booklets consisting respectively ten pieces of 5.00 and five pieces of 12.00 stamps were also released. One side of the booklet stamps is imperforate (only three sides with perforation), the size of stamp is 23.5×26.5 mm.
