To meet business demand, this Directorate released a set of the second print of Lighthouse Postage Stamps since October 2, 1991. These stamps were printed with same design as those released in 1989. Two booklets consisting respectively ten pieces of 5.00 and five pieces of 12.00 stamps were also released. One side of the booklet stamps is imperforate (only three sides with perforation), the size of stamp is 23.5×26.5 mm.
