Furthermore, that used for 1.00 and 5.00 stamps in 1975 and that used for all denominations in 1976 is local-made paper and is even whiter and with fewer red-blue fibers as shown in (P-82).  All stamps issued since 1968 were gummed but those issued in 1966 were not. (P-82).
