Although the paper used is all 76-lb〝郵〞(post) watermarked paper with red-blue fibers, that used before 1970 is yellowish in color with more red-blue fibers, and that used in 1973, 1974, and 1975 is whiter in color with fewer red-blue fibers. Furthermore, that used for 1.00 and 5.00 stamps in 1975 and that used for all denominations in 1976 is local-made paper and is even whiter and with fewer red-blue fibers as shown in (P-82).
All stamps issued since 1968 were gummed but those issued in 1966 were not. (P-82).
