　　To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the execution of the Constitution, this Directorate was authorized to release a commemorative issue on December 25, 1977, Constitution Day.　　One stamp features the first page of the Constitution; the other depicts a historical view of President Chiang, then Chairman of the National Government, accepting the Constitution of the Republic of China at the National Assembly in 1946.　　Using the photos provided by Messrs. Hu Churng-shiarn Huang Chiung, Mr. Yen Ki-shih completed the designs by adding a decorative border and characters.
