For the convenience of sending high postage mails, the Directorate is issuing a "2nd print" of a single "Dragons Circling Two Carps" stamp (Continued II ).The stamp will have a denom-ination of NT$80.00. The design of the stamp will be the same as the "Dragons Circling Two Carps" stamp. The Chinese numerals on the top of the stamp and the Chinese characters for "Postage Stamp of the Republic of China" on the bottom of the stamp have been changed to read from left to right.
(1) First Day Cover in small size to be sold at NT$2.00 apiece.(2) Folder especially prepared for the stamps to be sold at NT$5.00 apiece.(3) Folder with crystal mount for better protection of the stamps to be sold at NT$5.00 apiece.(4) Loose-leaf stamp album page with plastic cover to be sold at NT$8.00 apiece.(5) Pre-cancelled First Day Cover affixed with a complete set of stamps to be sold at NT$82.00 apiece.
