This Directorate continued to issue a set of two Dragons Circling Two Carps Postage Stamps for the public to pay higher postage. The design, based on the window patterns at a very significant historical site-the Longsan Temple in Lugang, is a Chinese octagonal window with dragons circling two carps in the center. The outer frame of the window is painted with flowers.
