In the new print, six Chinese characters meaning 〝Postage Stamp, Republic of China〞 and denominations indicated by Arabic figures and Chinese characters are inscribed in a white panel, while those of former print were inscribed in a dark panel.  The 76-lb〝郵〞(post) watermarked paper was used for stamps issued in 1960 and 1961. But paper used in 1962 and afterward bears red-blue fibers (P-80).
