Their differences are as follows：　　1st surcharge.The characters〝臺〞(Tai) and〝幣〞(money) are about 0.7 mm. apart. The first stroke of the character〝幣〞(money) is in a reclining position.　　2nd surcharge.The distance between the characters〝臺〞(Tai) and〝幣〞(money) does not measure more than 0.3 mm. at most. The first stroke in the character〝幣〞 (money) is a dot in all stamps except the 20￠denomination.
