When the machine crashes and I cannot collect the mail. What should I do?

1. Please inform the post office staff to assist with the matter during business hours.
2. Please call the customer service hotline 0800-700-365 (please dial 04-23542030 via mobile phone) during non-business hours or at iBox e-lockers outside the post office locations, and the company will dispatch someone to serve you.

When I'm halfway through the operation and a power failure occurs, what should I do?

Please call our service line and go through the “Mail Collection” procedures again. If the system indicates "Collection Completed," please follow the following instructions:
