In order to meet service needs, a new print of Kinmen Chu Kwang Tower issue was released in four lots. In the new print, six Chinese characters meaning 〝Postage Stamp, Republic of China〞 and denominations indicated by Arabic figures and Chinese characters are inscribed in a white panel, while those of former print were inscribed in a dark panel. The 76-lb〝郵〞(post) watermarked paper was used for stamps issued in 1960 and 1961. But paper used in 1962 and afterward bears red-blue fibers (P-80).
