In order to meet service requirements, this Directorate issued a set of Postage-due Stamps (Issue of 1984) with Chinese numerals showing the denomination and lily decorations as its central design and a frame added as its border lines.The paper used in those released after 1987 was locally-made mat finished, watermarked stamp paper with gum.
