The second issue of the postage-due stamps was printed in 1915 by the Printing Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, Peking. The stamp design is somewhat similar to that of the first print made in England.
(1)In the character〝華〞(Hua) the topmost two vertical strokes were written in opposite directions with a wide space between their tops.
(2)Two unbroken parallel lines were drawn above the panel bearing the inscription〝中華民國郵政〞(Republic of China Postal Service)(P-14).
