Description
PHILATAIPEI 2016 World Stamp Championship Exhibition will be held on October 21-26, 2016, at the Taipei World Trade Center Exhibition Hall 1. In accordance with the theme of “Charity Day”, Chunghwa Post has specially designed a souvenir sheet around the theme of a loving heart. The sheet will feature two stamps. The designs follow:
1. NT$17 stamp: With perforations creating a heart shape, this stamp features a flying bird composed many little loving hearts. With a four-leaf clover, a symbol of good fortune, clutched in its beak, the bird is spreading love and joy throughout the world.
2. NT$25 stamp: A contemplation on the concept of charity, the stamp takes the benevolent instincts of mankind, depicting many small hearts flowing together into one big heart.
