There are toxic plants throughout the botanical world, and most of them are found in mountain wilderness, campuses, parks, gardens and along roadsides. In order to raise ROC citizens’ understanding and cautiousness about poisonous plants, and to prevent people from touching or eating these toxic plants, the Directorate General of Posts is releasing a set of four stamps on toxic plant species.
