Description
For the residents here in Taiwan to respond to the government's desire for a harmonious society, and to coincide with the annual convention of the 1994 International Rotary Clubs in Taipei from June 12 to 15, 1994, this Directorate issued a set of two stamps depicting the care of the aged and of the children who are lost.
