To help our citizens understand and value Chinese culture on costumes and hats, this Directorate released a sixth set of the Traditional Chinese Costume series. These stamps were designed by Professor Hu Zerman of the Department of Textiles and Clothing of Fu-jen University and authenticated by Dr. Wang Yu-ching, chairman of the Chinese Music and Costumes Culture and Education Foundation.
