Description
To publicize the traditional Chinese culture, this Directorate released a set of Chinese Potted Plants Postage Stamps (Issue of 1990), with the designs provided by Professor Amy-Liang, and Mr. Kuo-Am Lee, advisor of the Taipei Bonsai Association.
The designs of the four stamps are Pinus thunbergii Parl, Ehretia microphylla Lamk, Buxus harlandii Hance in Journ and Celtis sinensis Pers.
