The flowers featured on the stamps are as follows：
First issue ：Plum, Apricot and Peach.
Second issue：Tree Peony, Pomegranate and East Indian Lotus.
Third issue ：Garden Balsam, Sweet Osmanthus and Florist's Chrysanthemum.
Fourth issue：Cotton-Rose Hibiscus, Common Camellia and Chinese Sacred Lily.
Twelve flower stamps were released by this Directorate in 1988. The stamps are divided into four issues, which was released in spring, summer, autumn, and winter. In addition, a souvenir sheet (120×80 mm) was issued, composed of one each of the three stamps.
