This Directorate released a third set in the Traditional Chinese Costume series on October 2, 1987. The designs were created by Professor Hu Zerman of the Department of Textiles and Clothing of Fu-jen University, authenticated by Dr. Wang Yu-ching, chairman of the Society for the Study of Chinese Costume.
The designs of the four stamps are as follows:
1.50 Early Ching Dynasty Han Woman's Long Tunic and Skirt.
3.00 Costume of the Wife of a Ching Dynasty Manchu Bannerman.
7.50 Early Republican Period Manchu-style Chi-Pao.
18.00 Early Republican Period Jacket and Skirt.
