Description
To publicize our Speedpost service, this Directorate released a set of two stamps on March 20, 1987-Postal Day.
Speedpost items are registered articles handled with priority and speed, in acceptance, transit and delivery. The international service was introduced in 1978, to meet the needs of foreign trade, and to better serve the public. This Directorate inaugurated the domestic Speedpost service in 1984.
