To invite public attention to the importance and achievement of the assistance-to-veterans service, this Directorate released a stamp on November 1, 1984-30th anniversary of the service. The stamp takes as its design four major services performed by the Vocational Assistance Commission for Retired Servicemen (VACRS), namely, employment, education, hospitalization, and care.
