Description
In conjunction with the physical Health Movement and to focus public attention on cancer prevention, a set of stamps with the subject of cancer prevention was released. The design is composed of a large number of small squares with a few crosses. The former symbolize the polluted environment around humanity which may cause cancer, while the latter represent medical treatment used to cure cancer. In addition, the emblem of the S.Y. Dao Memorial Fund (for cancer prevention) is placed on the left side.
