All the shells selected as motifs on the four stamps belong to marine snails that are found in the seas around Taiwan. The designs, offered by Mr. Chen Heng-ju, feature Tibia Fusus(Linne), Harpeola Kurodai (Kawamura), Conus( Embrikera) Stupa Kuroda and Entemnotrochus Rumphii (Schepman).
