Description
In order to cope with business needs and to better serve the public as result of the enormous increase in mail volume, many kinds of postal mechanical equipment have been introduced, in recent years contributing much to the speed of processing mail and the increase of working effciency. To point out the progress of postal mechanization and at the same time to indicate future trends in postal development, a 〝Postal Mechanical Equipment〞 postage stamp was issued. The design takes the〝Culling, Facing & Canceling System〞 as the central subject.
