Description
The characters〝吉黑貼用〞(for use in Kirin-Heilungkiang) in Regular-Writing style were overprinted by the Printing Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, Peking in two vertical lines in red or blue over the rice stalks on the sides of the stamps.
