To welcome this historic step, the Directorate is issuing a commemorative souvenir sheet which will be overprinted on the New Year's Greeting souvenir sheet (Issue of 2002) with the phrase, 11 In Commemoration of the Establishing of the Chunghwa Post Co.,Ltd." and "January 1, 2003." The souvenir sheet will be released on January 1, 2003, the day of the changeover.
