Description
To mourn the passing of President Chiang Ching-kuo, this Directorate released a set of commemorative stamps on the anniversary of his death. The four themes are： (1) Beloved leader's legacy lives on. (2) Great leader of democracy dedicated to political reforms.(3) Foresight created an economic miracle. (4) Care for the well-being of people.
