Description
To commemorate President Chiang Kai-shek's meritorious service to our country, this Directorate released a set of four stamps on October 31, 1986-the 100th birthday of President Chiang·
The stamps feature the four goals that the President set for the country: to implement Dr· Sun Yat-sen's Three Principles of the People, to recover the mainland, to rejuvenate our national culture, and to remain in the democratic camp·
