Description
The late President Chiang Kai-shek was a great statesman of the Republic of China, and also an outstanding anti-communist leader in the 20th century. His contributions were so great that he has won the admiration of people throughout the world. To mourn his passing, this Directorate released a set of commemoratives on April 5, 1985, the 10th anniversary of his passing. The three stamps of this set depict： (1) portrait of the late President, (2) Tzuhu, President Chiang's temporary resting place, and (3) the main gate of Chung-cheng Memorial Hall in his honor.
