Description
The 38th JCI World Congress was held on November 6-12, 1983 in Taipei.About 8,000 delegates from more than seventy member nations came to participate in this significant Jaycee event. To celebrate the occasion, this Directorate released a set of two stamps on the opening day of the Congress.
