Description
To quote President Chiang Ching-kuo, 〝The 70’s of the Republic of China must be an epoch of San Min Chu I and of the recovery of the mainland〞.To mark the beginning of this important epoch, a set of stamps was released on National Day, October 10, 1981, and a souvenir sheet (116 × 168 mm.) on October 25, 1981, the opening day of ROCPEX TAIPEI ’81.
