Description
To promote economic development and to implement the ideal of individually-owned housing, a national population and housing census was taken in Taiwan and Fukien area. The reference date of the census is December 28, 1980. To acquaint people with the census, a set of commemorative stamps was released on December 13, 1980-the first day set for filling out the census questionnaire.
