Description
The 11th National Congress of the Kuomintang opened in Taipei, Taiwan, Republic of China of November 12, 1976-the 111th anniversary of Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s birth, the founder of the KMT. A set of stamps and a souvenir sheet (111×87 mm.) were issued to mark the occasion.
