Description
The First Anniversary of the Inauguration for the Fifth Term of our President was on May 20, 1973. To pay tribute and to celebrate this significant occasion, a set of two commemorative postage stamps was issued. The picture of President Chiang receiving the plaudits of the crowds is the central subject with the national flag of the Republic of China as background. These two stamps have borders, but with different exquisite flower patterns and different colors.
