Description
The Military Savings Program for serviceman of the Chinese Armed Forces was inaugurated in February 1, 1959 under a special directive of the President. It has contributed much to the improving servicemen’s living, promotion of frugality, and the development of economic construction. To acquaint the public with the President’s good will extended to the servicemen, a set of 〝10th Anniversary of the Inauguration of Military Savings Program〞 Commemorative Postage Stamps was issued.
