Description
The 10th anniversary of the United Nations was October 24, 1955. The Republic of China, as one of the sponsoring members of the United Nations, had been observing the principles of the Charter in good faith since the birth of that organization. The stamps adopted to commemorate the 10th anniversary of UN bear flags of the Republic of China and United Nations, below which are the Seal characters〝和平、安全、正義〞(peace, security, and justice) written by Mr. Tsung Hsiao-ch'en.
