Description

During the Presidency of Tsao K'un (曹錕), a set of commemorative stamps was issued on October 10, 1923, in commemoration of the Constitution which had just been promulgated. The Temple of Heaven in Peking is the central design with rice stalks and stone pillars as side decorations.
