Sheet composition: 10×10
Ten denominations of stamps(1st to 10th) were surcharged by the Union Printing Press of the Chung Hwa Book Co. and the 11th denomination by the San I Printing Press, both of Shanghai. The overprint bears No.5 Regular-Writing characters in two lines across the top and bottom of the stamps, but the character〝圓〞in the overprint made by San I is thicker and larger.
