Description
The five characters 〝限四川貼用〞(restricted for use in Szechwan) were overprinted by the Peiping Printing Bureau of the Ministry of Finance in black in a horizontal line between the national emblem and Dr. Sun's portrait. Such stamps are generally known as 〝川省單圈〞(Szechwan Single Circle).
