Description
The five Regular-Writing characters〝限滇省貼用〞(restricted for use in Yunnan) were overprinted in black ink in a horizontal line between the national emblem and Dr. Sun's portrait. Such stamps are commonly known as〝 滇省雙圈小字〞(Yunnan Double Circle Small Characters).
