The additional prints after July 5, 1985 issue employed locally made mat finished, watermarked stamp paper with gum. The process adopted was deep etch offset in the prints before the January 16, 1987 issue, while the prints since the January 16, 1987 were printed with photogravure process with the exception of the August 15, 1987 issue printed with deep etch offset process.
