Description
To relieve the public from waiting in line at the stamp counter to buy a few postage stamps, a 2nd Print of the Chungshan Building Coil Stamp especially for stamp vending machines was released on January 28, 1975. This stamp is printed with a different color and dimension from that of the first print.
