Responding to the government's call for dedication to nine major construction projects, a set of stamps was released. The nine projects are as follows： (1) Big Integrated Steel Mill, (2) Taiwan North Link Railway, (3) Petrochemical Industrial Zone in the South, (4) TRA Trunk Line Electrification, (5) Taichung Harbor, (6) Taoyual International Airport, (7) Taiwan North-South Freeway, (8) Giant Shipyard at Kaohsiung, and (9) Port of Su-ao.
